Annual Water-Starwort

Callitriche hermaphroditica L. is a species in the Plantaginaceae family. It is commonly referred to as Annual Water-Starwort and is found in various regions including Greenland, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, NO, Nearctic, Palaearctic, SE, Vermont-US, IS, DK, and GL. The species was first published in 1755. It is noted that this is a superfluous name for the earlier C. hermaphroditica L. (1755).
