Angiopteris helferiana is a species in the genus Angiopteris, family Marattiaceae. It was first described by C.Presl in 1845. The species is distributed across several regions in Asia, including the Andaman Islands, Bangladesh, Southeast China, Hainan, India, Malaya, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.

Description

Angiopteris helferiana is a member of the fern family Marattiaceae, a group of large, often tree-like ferns. It is part of the genus Angiopteris, which includes several species known for their substantial fronds and tropical distribution. This species is native to a range of locations in South and Southeast Asia, including the Andaman Islands, Bangladesh, parts of China, Hainan, India, Malaya, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
