Miscanthus sacchariflorus, known as Amur Silver Grass, is a member of the Poaceae family. It is native to Amur Oblast, China, Japan, Khabarovsk Krai, Korea, Mongolia, and Primorye Krai. It has been introduced to Austria, Canada, Germany, Poland, and the United States.

Description

Miscanthus sacchariflorus is a flowering plant in the grass family, Poaceae. It is widely distributed across several regions in Asia and has also been recorded in parts of Europe and North America. The species was first described in 1884. It is commonly referred to as Amur Silver Grass in English and is found in natural habitats across its native and introduced ranges.
