Amischotolype monosperma

Amischotolype monosperma is a member of the Commelinaceae family, commonly known as the spiderwort family. It is distributed across the regions of Borneo, Malaya, Myanmar, and Thailand. The species was published in 1996 by I.M. Turner, who reclassified it from the original description by C.B. Clarke. This taxonomic placement reflects its botanical characteristics and geographic occurrence within Southeast Asia.
