Solidago multiradiata is a species of goldenrod in the Asteraceae family, commonly known as alpine goldenrod. It is native to North America, occurring in regions such as Alaska, Canada, and the western United States, including Arizona, California, and Colorado. It is also found in Japan. The plant is adapted to subalpine and alpine environments, growing in tundra and mountain meadows. It was first described in 1789 by Aiton.

Description

Solidago multiradiata, known as alpine goldenrod, is a member of the Asteraceae family. It is native to northern North America, including Labrador, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and parts of the western United States such as Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Idaho. It also occurs in Japan. The species is typically found in subalpine and alpine habitats, including tundra and mountain meadows. It was first published in 1789 by Aiton.
