Allocasuarina eriochlamys is a shrub in the Casuarinaceae family, native to inland Western Australia. It has erect branchlets and scale-like leaves in whorls of eight to ten. The plant produces fruiting cones 20–45 mm long, containing winged seeds 5.0–10.5 mm long.

Description

This species is a dense, upright shrub that is either monoecious or dioecious. It is characterized by its scale-like leaves and elongated fruiting cones. The plant is adapted to the arid conditions of its native inland Western Australian habitat. The seeds are dispersed via their wings, aiding in their spread.
