Allocasuarina dielsiana, known as northern sheoak, is a flowering plant in the Casuarinaceae family, native to the south-west of Western Australia. It is a dioecious tree with erect branchlets and scale-like leaves arranged in whorls of six to eight. The species produces fruiting cones 14–30 mm long, containing winged seeds (samaras) 8–10 mm long.

Description

Allocasuarina dielsiana is a member of the Casuarinaceae family and is found exclusively in the south-western region of Western Australia. This dioecious tree features branchlets that grow in an upright manner, with leaves reduced to small, scale-like structures arranged in whorls of six to eight. The plant's reproductive structures include cones that mature to lengths of 14–30 mm, each containing seeds with wings (samaras) measuring 8–10 mm in length. The species was published in 1982 and is classified within the genus Allocasuarina.
