Aeginetia sinensis is a species in the genus Aeginetia, belonging to the family Orobanchaceae. It was first described by Beck in 1930. This plant is native to China Southeast, Japan, and the Nansei-shoto region.

Description

Aeginetia sinensis is a member of the Orobanchaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the broomrape family. The species was formally published in 1930 by the author Beck. Its natural distribution includes parts of China's southeastern region, as well as Japan and the Nansei-shoto archipelago. As a member of the genus Aeginetia, it shares characteristics with other parasitic or hemiparasitic plants in the family, often relying on host plants for nutrients.
